By submitting Materials (including, but not limited to, video, photographs, ideas, formats, talent recommendations, treatments, demos, sizzle reels, character reels, musical compositions, musical performances, and any other materials or information whatsoever), I irrevocably agree to the following:

1. I understand and accept that PSG Motion Pictures LLC and any entity owned by the owners of PSG Motion Pictures, LLC and their subsidiaries, licensees and assigns (together, "PSG"), develop, explore and consider many programming ideas and that PSG may already have in development (or production), programming similar or identical to the materials I submit to PSG.
2. I am submitting Materials of my own free will and agree that PSG is under no obligation whatsoever to pay me, hire me, or discuss Materials further with me.
3. I am the sole owner of all Materials I submit and have all rights and permissions necessary to submit Materials and discuss proposals with PSG.
4. I agree not to sue, or threaten to sue, PSG in connection with the Materials, and/or communications with PSG (or PSG's refusal to communicate). For clarity, such agreement not to sue, or threaten to sue, includes (but is not limited) releasing PSG from any and all claims and liability based on similarities between what I submit to (or discuss with) PSG and any work that is produced (now or in the future) by PSG. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I agree that I am not eligible for compensation from PSG including, but not limited to, royalties, wages and/or compensation of any kind for the use of intellectual property.
5. By clicking "Send It", I agree that the potential (but not the guarantee) of having my Materials reviewed by PSG is adequate consideration to bind me to the above terms.
